If you are a current owner and  would like to keep up-to-date with the news from Blue Crab Key please contact us via the link below. Let us know your name, email and unit number and we will send you an invitation email to access the site via your own personal password.

Owners must sign up to access all parts of the website Then monthly financials and unapproved minutes of the latest meetings can be easily accessed, so you know what is happening here at BCK.  The more people who register on the site, the easier it is for management and the board to communicate necessary key information to everybody who needs it.

At present we need to keep it to one email address per unit, but you can of course share your email and password with other people in your unit.

You should receive a link within 24 hours but please bear in mind this site is run on a voluntary basis, so thank you for your patience.

In addition to this site, our management company has the meeting minutes, financial documents, insurance documents, and many more on their site.
