A Reminder for Renters and Residents
The pool AND the spa must both be uncovered when anyone is present and the covers stored well away from the water, even if they are not being used and the only activity taking place is sunbathing. Failure to do this may result in Lee County Health Department closing the pools for a period of time. Additionally all items must be at least 4ft from the waters edge of both the pool and spa. The pool and spa must have a clear path around it at all times in case of an emergency. The full pool rules can be seen on the pool rules page.
A reminder to both residents and renters, please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the pool rules. Lee County requires the association and its members to know and follow these rules.

Any owners planning to rent their unit out, need to fill out the appropriate paperwork (available on the Premier Cam Services page - under the 'Owners' dropdown menu - you will need your password to sign into this page) and submit it to Kyle, along with $100 at least 15 days prior to your tenants taking occupancy. These will be forwarded to the Board for approval and will be turned around in a timely manner.

The individual areas each board member is going to oversee are listed on the Board of Directors page. Also detailed is how you can communicate and make suggestions to the board and a schedule of regular meetings.

A/C UNIT STANDS
The Board wants you to be aware that individual owners are responsible for the maintenance and repair of their A/C stands located at the ends of the buildings. Failure to due this can result in a collapse of the stand and damage to your A/C unit.
WATER LOCK OFF
Also, as a reminder, the board is also requesting all owners install a locking mechanism on their outside water shut off in case of leaks in your unit when you vacate your property. And, in case of any emergency, it is also required that you provide a key to your unit to the management company so that they may have access in such an event.
Most boat owners will recognize space is at a premium in the boatyard January thru March. To help everyone could owners limit their useage to one item, i.e. one boat, or one camper van and make sure their trailers and any other items they have in the boatyard be clearly marked with their unit number.
